KarukiGroup

The home office that fits on a phone.

Rapido takes the jobs you used to boot a computer for and finishes them on the phone. One part is out, a second is in development, more will follow.

Rapido Scan · for Android

Photograph a document, get a clean PDF out of it. Rapido reads the content and suggests a file name instead of filing Scan_0043.pdf. Then store it, send it or share it — without the detour via a computer.

What Rapido Scan costs

Three documents a day are free — enough for the paperwork that comes up at home. Anyone who needs more lifts the limit with the premium version: €2.99 once, not a subscription.

Where the documents are processed

On the phone. Rapido reads the content where it lies — nothing is sent to a server to be recognised. No data is stored outside the app, sign-in details included.

That is why there is nothing to show if you ask us about your documents: we do not have them.

Into the beta

Rapido Scan runs as a beta. Anyone who wants to take part applies informally with a message to info@karuki.de. It helps to say what the app is to be used for and which Android device it will run on.

Rapido Letter · in development

Writing letters and covering notes on the phone. No word processor, no template management, no zooming into an A4 sheet on five inches.

Where this is heading

We are building Rapido so that the computer in the home office becomes unnecessary. With Scan and Letter it is not there yet — that is the direction, not the state. What gets added is decided by what people still switch on a computer for today.

Using several parts of the suite together should cost less than each on its own. Such combinations are planned, but they do not exist yet.
