The forecast Klarwetter runs on.
Karuki Meteo delivers processed weather forecasts over an interface. No raw model, no app around it — the values our own product works with.
What is in it
A forecast per coordinate from five models (ECMWF, ICON, AIFS, GFS, GEM), weighted by measured accuracy — and the spread as a value of its own. Hourly for 48 hours, daily for 16 days. Processed values rather than raw model data: that is the point the interface exists for.
Why that counts
klarwetter.com and the Klarwetter AI app hang on the same interface. Whatever fails here is noticed by us first.
What is not in it
No historical series. No substitute for official severe-weather warnings. No assurance for safety-critical use.
Access, limits and price
There is no price list. Limits and price depend on what the interface is used for — an application that asks for one location once an hour is a different matter from one that fills a map of a whole country.
A message to info@karuki.de is enough. Back come the description of the interface, the limits envisaged and a quote. What we need to know: what the data is for, and how many requests to expect.
